25TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY IS OBSERVED BY MR. AND MRS. FRED ZEPPENFELD The twenty-fifth wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Zeppenfeld of East Cypress street was the occasion for a surprise dinner party Friday evening. Members of the Four-Fours club called at the home of the honored couple, bringing with them all preparations for a silver anniversary dinner. After the dinner Mr. and Mrs. Zeppenfeld renewed their marriage vows in a mock ceremony, with Mr. Ralph McFadden performing the ritualistic services. The bride was charming in a wedding gown of the mode of 1911, with the traditional orange blossoms and carrying a beautiful bridal bouquet. The groom was also attired in formal wedding suit. The members of the club were attendants to the bridal couple. Following a tradition of many years standing the club presented the honored couple with a beautiful set of sterling silver candlesticks. Many beautiful bouquets and baskets of flowers were presented to Mr. and Mrs. Zeppenfeld, not only by the club members, but by the host of friends they have made in Anaheim since coming here as a real bride and groom. The Four-Four Club is one of the oldest social clubs in Anaheim, originating about thirty years ago, and retaining for the most part the original members.
