Three Men Charity With Theft or Investigation of alleged offenses at the Mutual Orange Packing house; Tustin, during two weeks, resulted in three men.
They are Arthur Metcalfe, in the county jail on a burglary; Tom Planchos, a Greek fruit Leo A. Nequette, foreman of a held for investigation. Me employe of the packing house.

Boy Breaks Legs in Auto
Howard Johnson, 14-years Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Johnsco Linda, is in a hospital suffering from a broken leg suit of an auto crash in which involved late Friday afternoon. Three Men Charged With Theft of Fruit
Investigation of alleged orange stealing at the Mutual Orange Distributors' packing house; Tustin, during the last two weeks, resulted in the arrest of three men.
They are Arthur Metcalfe, who is held in the county jail on a burglary charge; Tom Planchos, a Greek fruit buyer, and Leo A. Nequette, foreman of the packing house. Planchos and Nequette are held for investigation. Metcalfe is an employee of the packing house.
It is declared that he entered the packing house Thursday evening at 9 o'clock and removed 50 boxes of oranges, which he delivered to Planchos. Because oranges had been missed from time to time, a watch had been quietly posted, and the transaction was said to have been observed. Planchos was arrested near Cypress. The oranges were on his truck. Metcalfe was taken into custody by Deputy Sheriff Dan Adams.
Boy Breaks Leg in Auto Crash
Howard Johnson, 14-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Johnson of Yorba Linda, is in a hospital at Fullerton, suffering from a broken leg as the result of an auto crash in which he was involved late Friday afternoon.
The accident occurred about 3:30 p.m., on the Carlton canyon road. Young Johnson was in the act of alighting from the running board of a car owned by W. L. Campbell of 708 West Commonwealth avenue, Fullerton, when this machine was struck by another machine driven by A. R. Sutton of Brea.
The boy was knocked to the pavement. He was picked up and rushed to the hospital, where it was found that one of his legs had been broken.
Neither car was badly damaged in the crash.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF ORANGE

Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale and Decree of Foreclosure and Writ for the Enforcement of Judgment, issued out of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, in the above entitled action, on the 5th day of May, 1926, wherein the above-named Plaintiff obtained a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure against the above-named Defendants on the 17th day of April, 1926, for the sum of $27,319.69. Lawful Money of the United States, besides interest and costs, which Judgment and decree was on the 17th day of April, 1926, recorded in Judgment Book Volume 19 of said Court, at page 281. I am commanded to sell at public auction, in the manner prescribed by law, all that certain real property situated in the Township of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows:
The South one-half (S½) of the Northwest quarter (NW½) of the Northeast quarter (NE½) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Four (4), South Range Eleven (11) West, S. B. B. & M., estimated to contain Twenty (20) acres; reserving therefrom for roads, railroads and ditches a strip of land thirty feet wide, along adjoining and each side of the Township and Section lines, and a strip fifteen feet wide along, adjoining and each side of the quarter section lines; also reserving the use and control of clenegas and natural streams of water, if any, naturally upon flowing across, into or by said land; also a right of way for and to construct irrigation or drainage ditches through said tract to irrigate or drain the adjacent land. Also reserving a strip of land fifteen feet wide from Whereas, the said Abstract & Title Guaranty Company thereafter, on the 17th day of February, 1926, did record in the office of the Recorder of the said County of Orange, a notice of the above mentioned default in the payment of the said principal and interest due under the terms of the said note and notice of the election of the said John Paul Lee to sell the property described in the said deed of trust after three months shall have elapsed following the recordation of said notice to satisfy the obligation evidenced by said note and secured by the said deed of trust; and
Whereas, more than three months have elapsed since the recordation of said notice and the sums and obligations secured by the said deed of trust remain unpaid.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said notice recorded on February 17th, 1926, and to said demand dated February 17th, 1926, and in accordance with the terms and under the authority of hereinabove mentioned deed of trust.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Abstract & Title Guaranty Company will on the 21st day of June, 1926, at the hour of ten o'clock, A. M. of said day, at the South front door of the Orange County Courthouse, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, by virtue of the authority in it vested as trustee, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, lawful money of the United States, all of the real property described in the said deed of trust and hereinbefore described.

F. Dumke has assigned said promissory note to John Paul Lee; and Whereas, a breach and default under the terms of the said deed of trust and under the terms of said note occurred in that payment of interest as above called for payable on the 8th day of January, 1926, has not been made; and Whereas, principal in the amount of $7,500.00 and interest from July 8th, 1925 to February 17th, 1926, in the amount of $321.37, including compound interest, being a total sum of $7,821.37 to February 17th, 1926, and all payments due subsequently thereto, has not been paid; and Whereas, the said John Paul Lee did on the 17th day of February, 1926, declare the said sum of principal and interest of the said note and all other sums secured by the said deed of trust immediately due and payable and did on the 17th day of February, 1926, execute a written declaration of the above mentioned default under the terms of the said note and under the provisions of the said deed of trust and on the said 17th day of February, 1926, did make demand in writing that the said Abstract & Title Guaranty Company sell the real property in said deed of trust described under the terms thereof and in the manner therein specified to accomplish the objects of the trust created by the said deed of trust and on the said 17th day of February, 1926, delivered the said declaration of default and demand for sale to the said Abstract & Title Guaranty Company; and
