A squad of seven deputy sheriffs, or prohibition enforcement officers, swooped down upon Frank Delatour's lunch room on Placentia Avenue last Thursday. They surrounded the place invaded it, and proceeded to make a systematic search with the expectation of discovering a hidden store of contraband booze. Finding nothing they searched the persons of two innocent bystanders, but were again disappointed. After they had finished the job and were going away disappointed, Frank offered them the key to his trunk. "You have pawed over everything belonging to me except my Sunday clothes," he said.
