Langsdale left today for Los Angeles, from which city he will shortly go to Arizona. Frank Kemper, an old-time resident of East Anaheim, died on Thuday night last at 11.30, after an illness of six months, of cancer of the liver. He was a native of Westphalia, Germany, unmarried, and was aged 57 years. Burial services were held on Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Boniface church. Interment occurred in Holy Cross cemetery. GRADING OPERATIONS Scores of teams and men are at work on the grading on the Pacific Electric right of way between Delhi and Huntington Beach. Gangs of men are at work on both ends and in the middle of the stretch over which the new electric road will be built. The contracts for grading have been recorded. Under those contracts the grading must be completed by June 1st, the entire distance from the sugar factory to Huntington Beach.
