EDITOR GAZETTE.—So that of the Anaheim Union Waters are still wondering about their bond election away before the stockholders have resurrected dead ones.
In my previous article I tention of attempting ap hopeless as enlightening a board of directors. I was my opinions for the benefit of stockholders.
A trio of the board takes themselves however to "Stockholder" in "English" article which doesn't explain an answer is of a person or perlately devoid of argument and ignorance are not the offer in answer to questions intelligent replies. When they not liking fiction they should ber that. Truth is stranger b history ancient and modern doings of the A. U. W. Co much that is stranger than f The directors argument in locating stock is particularly ating. "All that stock worth." say these three

EXPERT DIAMOND SETTER
without water, a desert! What child does not know that land without water is worthless? Would the orange orchards in Placentia be worth $1000 an acre if they had no water? Of course, there would be no orchards.
I did not know until this enlightening article appeared that the A. U. W. Co.—in addition to its semi-annual task of levying assessments—is also engaged in that most noble pursuit, philantrophy.
It sounds so smooth—so plausible—this apparent generosity of the board of directors: to allow opposition water companies the free use of the A. U. W. Co. ditches. But behind it all there is another meaning. Encourage the Anaheim district to put in pumping plants so that the other side can buy up more and more stock, and then some day, when the pumping plants give out, and you want water, you will find that you can't get it. All the water will be diverted to the north side.
It is the old story over again, of the fox and the crow. "Ah, ah! My good soul," said the fox, after procuring the piece of cheese, "Learn that all who flatter have their own ends in view."
Anaheim thinks she is rightfully entitled to some of the cream. As I understand it the Cajon company was taken into the Anaheim company, debts and all. Or was it the other way?
Anaheimers are angels? That has not been their former reputation. I should rather say they are lambs. They have always been so easy. The Cajon-Anaheim marriage was like the lion and the lamb lying down together. The lamb after a little was inside the lion—"et" up.
These directors need not worry about the trouble stockholders went to in signing the petition. It was no trouble at all. In fact, it was great satisfaction to the many stockholders who

These directors need not worry about the trouble stockholders went to in signing the petition. It was no trouble at all. In fact, it was great satisfaction to the many stockholders who signed to express their unqualified disapproval of the board's action.
Do what one Theodore is trying with all his might to accomplish. Give all points in the district a square deal. If you can't do it, step down and out and give some capable men the opportunity. Don't mix drinks, but mix the irrigation water alike for both sides, and in the meantime don't forget to take those lessons from Uncle Sam on building reservoirs.
This will be the last communication from Stockholder upon this subject.
