I do not that the law will have to deal many subjects, but I do feel that the two I have mentioned, and with one or two others, I show effectively. Important to certain individcertain industries, and it is to certain communities. It attempt to speak in detail could be put into the law as I those who desire to live a healthy and long life: Avoid every kind of excess, especially in eating and drinking. Do not live to eat. Select those ailments most suitable for nourishing the body and not those likely to impair it. Look upon fresh air as your best friend. Inhale its life-giving oxygen as much as possible during the day, while at night sleep with the bedroom window open at the top for a space of at least four or five inches. Follow this out even in the depth of winter. It is one of the great secrets of long life. Be clean both in mind and body. "Cleanliness is next to godliness." It is a fortification against disease. Worry not nor grieve. This advice may seem but cold philosophy and to be easier to give than to follow; nevertheless, I have known persons of a worrying disposition almost entirely break themselves of it by a simple effort of the will. Worry kills. Learn to love work and hate indolence. The lazy man never becomes a centenarian. Have a hobby. A man with a hobby will never die of senile decay. He has always something to occupy either mind or body: therefore they remain fresh and vigorous. Take regular exercise in the open air but avoid overexertion. Keep regular hours, and insure sufficient sleep. Beware of passion. Remember that every outbreak shortens life to a certain degree, while occasionally it is fatal. Have an object in life. A man who has no purpose to live for rarely lives long. Seek a good partner in life, but not too early.—New York World. NOW IS THE TIME FOR HYOMEI Far Easier to Cure Catarrh Now Than at Any Other Season Now is the time to use Hyomei, when the early summer days make it so easy to cure catarrhal troubles. The Hyomei treatment, breathed for a few minutes three or four times a day in May or June, will do good twice as quickly as it did in January, and nearly everyone knows that used faithfully then, it completely rids the system of catarrh. The complete Hyomei outfit costs but one dollar, and consists of a neat inhaler that can be carried in the purse or vest-pocket and will last a lifetime, a medicine dropper, and a bottle of Hyomei. Extra bottles of Hyomei can be procured, if desired, for fifty cents. W. B. Hutchinson gives his personal guarantee with every Hyomei outfit he sells to refund the money if it does not give satisfaction. There is no risk whatever to the purchaser of Hyomei. Catarrh Cannot be Cured with LOCAL APPLICATIONS, as they cannot reach the seat of the disease. Catarrh is a blood or constitutional disease, and in order to cure it you must take internal remedies. Hall's Catarrh Cure is taken internally, and acts directly on the blood and mucous surfaces. Hall's Catarrh Cure is not a quick medicine. It was prescribed by one of the best physicians in this country for years and is a regular prescription. It is composed of the best tonics known, combined with the best blood purifiers, acting directly on the mucous surfaces. The perfect combination of the two ingredients is what produces such wonderful results in curing catarrh. Send for testimonials free. F. J. CHENEY & Co. Toledo, O. Sold by druggists, 75c. RAILWAY TIME TAKE Oh, Mamma, Look as This Chicago, May 15.—Hoopskirts again have made their appearance in Chicago. The latest reflorescence of the ante-bellum article was at a convention of Chicago dressmakers at the Stratford hotel. Mme. M. J. Hosac, president of the convention, had a special design of hoopskirt which she demonstrated on the form of Miss Anna Schubert, her model. "I will show that this hoopskirt is not the old Johnny-comes-marching-home sort, but of course we can't say how far it will develop," said Mme. Hosac as she led Miss Anna to a chair and seated her comfortably, her skirts still resting on the floor. "The old sort, you know, used to fly up in front, but that was before dressmaking got to be an art as it is today." Dressmakers say that the hoopskirt will soon be all the rage in Chicago.
