WITTE, Tax Collector of the Anaheim Irrigation District, do hereby certify that the foregoing list is a true and correct DELINQUENT LIST of all persons and property owing taxes in the Anaheim Irrigation District for the Fiscal Year 1891-92, in which list is contained, in alphabetical order, the names of the persons and description of the property delinquent, and the amount of taxes, cost and percentage due opposite each name and description. NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Wright Irrigation law, and the Political Code and the law of State of California, I. W. A. WITTE, Tax Collector of the Anaheim Irrigation District, shall on MONDAY, the 15th Day of February, A. D. 1892, between the hours of ten o'clock A.M. and three o'clock P.M., of that day, in the Tax Collectors office of the Anaheim Irrigation District, on west side of Los Angeles street in the first block north of Center street, Anaheim, commence to sell at PUBLIC AUCTION for lawful money of the United States, all the real property described in the foregoing Delinquent Taxlist to which this notice is appended, upon which the delinquent taxes described in said list are a lien, to pay said taxes, together with the costs and percentages accruing, unless the taxes delinquent, together with the costs and percentages, are paid prior to the date of said sale, commencing at the head of said list of property advertised and continuing, alphabetically, from day to day until completed.
