A FUTURE DEVIEDLY PROBING.
Probably no activity in track laying will be witnessed until the arrival of New Disguise of more fails for the Atheism company, which are now daily looked for. As soon as the vessels arrive in port, there will be more track laying and railroad handling in this immediate vicinity than is now dreamed of by our citizens. Several railroad enterprises prices of gigantic import are to be contended here. We have it on the authority of a prominent citizen that Anaheim is shortly to be the scene of such railroad improvement as was never witnessed in this southern country. The Atheism company are interesting themselves largely in Los Angeles county. This is destined to be the most populous part of the State. With the practical abandonment of the La Bastona harbor scheme, which never entered seriously into many people's minds as a carrier of any practical utility, the Atheism company, anxious to buy an ocean outlet at the terminus of their extensive system of railway, are naturally excited about the county for a safe and convenient harbor. Naturally their engineer has abgedited upon two formations of Anaheim Landing, which is promised to be at the present time, the last place for a test run further than the southern coast. The willful man with his organization to build a ship from city to long life and wealth Lima and to establish a first class harbor at the latter point is very significant. There is doubt as to whether of the Atheism Company or elsewhere in this important town Pritchard turn out to be the fact; the harbor at the landing will be backed by one of the largest and strongest corporations in the United States with improvements war houses and facilities not necessary to an ocean outlet of a great system of railway will remain likely better way with the hum of commerce researched in the field.
The completion of the line of railroad from Anaheim to the ocean will mark another milestone from La Bastona and declared in its opinion the operation of traction was not necessary. In consequence, treatment of the case was transferred him.
JAKE SHARP
The Court of Appeals Grants a New Trial.
Arkansas N.Y., November 20—Court of Appeals rendered a decision Jacob Sharp's case this morning reverence the decision of the lower court and order a new trial. The decision says: Objects was unable to certain items of testimony in the trial which were material, and with which it claimed, a conviction might be presented. It was argued gently and adequately in him he was brought in Later he arrived out of the theater in the same way, placed in his carriage, when he leaned back again so that way in a corner and was driven away. It was Daniel Mantong.
The jury calls are just about the right for street landings to keep being at work in the United States with improvements war houses and facilities not necessary to an ocean outlet of a great system of railway will remain likely better way with the hum of commerce researched in the field.
The completion of the line of railroad from Anaheim to the ocean will mark another milestone from La Bastona and declared in its opinion the operation of traction was not necessary. In consequence, treatment of the case was transferred him."
The completion of the line of railroad from Anaheim to the ocean will mark another link in the prosperity of this section. Whether this road is to be under the direction of the Anaheim yacht master at this time, with their outfit at Anaheim landing, the sea will necessarily reach with lines of railway taping the far north side of the entire southern part of the State. No more prosperous conditions could be found than the reason to be lagged by the threat between Anaheim and Danaimo, to the east at Balfour and The next on the north, and the rule system of Garland towns. We must return to the South. The Anaheim company will naturally devise the trade of this important section, and will therefore make such portries to the promoters of the relishing we will rebound materially to the welfare of the entire locality, on the whole, we do not believe that in the matter of rail roads and railways mean prosperity we shall be so far in the rear as some people would fear. We shall have abundant railway facilities, and abundant property along without. Given as complete proof of railway lines in Anaheim as any in the State, we are destined soon to occupy the position of a most important commercial center.
As account comes of a wonderful plantation ship seen recently off the New England coast which strolled the sailors from below deck by a depressant blast, or prolonged group. Those on duty were in dumfounded by the strong, uneasily moan that they were rested to the deck, and unable to move. In a few minutes every one was awake ready for orders. A second and final gunman that arrived to die away in the fortune, like the whistle of a hurricane, convinced all that the news did not proceed from the ship itself. Every hour infilated the deeper calm breeze upon the rags of the automated sailor, the captain included and then died away in a prologue followed whistle. Suddenly a strange sight opened up out of the darkness. A great dark object was floating along on the waves, mounted by a cloud of white canvas. The object was undetected, but the outlines of the sails and bulk were plain enough to convince any one of the reality of the ships presence. The captain hailed the stranger apparition, but the only answer he received was another unearthly blast. The crew of the good ship was turned toward the white vision; but the sailors had now become thoroughly alarmed, and in spite of the captain's orders and threats, the vessel was headed directly from the Flying Dutchman, and not until the startling whistles and blasts were no longer audible did the sailors dare to speak in tones above a whisper. This occurred over a year ago, but recently when
A cognizance of the San Diego County, writing from San Francisco, remarks: "Of Colton's death, it will suffice to say that he died suddenly. It was hinted that he was the victim of a knife in the hands of a woman who was known as the 'Queen of the Pacific.' Be this as it may, however, investigation was stifled and the matter was forgotten. Back of the Colton mansion and on a corner of the same lot stands a little one story cottage. It was the property of D. D. Colton in his lifetime. It is always closed, but a few years before his death it was transferred to the notorious Laura D. Fair, the uncredeness of Crittenden. As beautiful as Laura D. Fair was in her palest days she del not compare with her daughter when the latter budded into womanhood some ten years ago. Laura D.
How the Doctor Describes from the Treatment to the Former.
New York, November 25 - The Public has an authentic statement of the history of the treatment of the German Queen Prince, translated from the Frankfurter Zeitung. It was said that the most tumor was removed from the last vocal chord by means of electro-evitation. A new growth, as expected, then appeared and was reminiscent of the tumor, however, appeared seemingly entirely. The tumor, however, appeared and Doctor Gothard and Wagner called in Dr. Mackenzle. The latter decided against the supposition that the tumor was malignant and expressed the belief that he could operate through the mouth. Then the first-named physicians declined further responsibility. It is now believed that Mackenzle was mistaken. The operation from without was then undertaken by Professor Von Bergmann. Toward the end of May the Berlin Center published the following: "The day had already been fixed for the operation, and it is said that Professor Bergmann declined as invitation to dinner for this day with a written apology that he was on the eve of the most momentous step of his life. At the last hour, however, Professor Von Bergmann was informed be fore Prince Bismarck, who declared that in view of the great responsibility assumed by those who urged the operation, it was necessary that a full official statement be deplored in the national archives, setting forth the reasons why the operation was deemed invititable. Professor Von Bergmann was called upon to designate the authorities of various nationalities to whose arbitration his declaration should be submitted. Professor Von Bergmann drew up a declaration and designated among the authorities to be consulted Professor Storek, of Vienna, and Dr. Morell Mackenzle, of London. What I have learned everything to them. Whose asked for their authority they showed us their rules."
