The present price of Golden Gate and Golden Age Extra rules from $4 67; @5 12; other brands Extra $4 62; & Superfine standard brands, $4 20; @4 70 to 100 lb., and outside brands $3 90 c.c. WHEAT. The market is strong for choice parcels, owing to light receipts, the farmers evidently having much perplexing business on hand in the city, which with the copious rains of the week have cut off supplies not a little. We hear that the Grangers are trying to arrange for the final loading of the Twilight (partially loaded by the Morris). This vessel was chartered, we believe, at £3. Other vessels partially loaded by this firm at high freights, are still under demurrage (in the courts). The rain caught large quantities of grain in the fields exposed, and of course more or less injured. The sales for the week so far as reported coincide the following, not a little inland to arrive at prices equivalent to rates annexed: 2,000 skis extra choice Santa Clara at $1 60; 2,500 skis do, $1 57; 25,000 extra milling, $1 55; 5,500 skis do, $1 52; 7,500 skis do, $1 50; 3,500 skis do, $1 51; 7,300 skis good, $1-47; 5,500 skis do $1 45; 2,800 skis fair, $1 45; 1,400 skis do, $1 42; 2,800 common, $1 32@1 35; 1,500 skis inferior, in lots, $1 22@1 25. Sales for the week in lots, 3,500 skins within the range of $1 30@1 55; extra choice held at $1 60; the bulk of sales at $1 37@1 45 @ ctl. CORN. The demand is fair at $1 25@1 32 @ ctl, according to quality. 287 skins as is, sold at $1 07. BYE. The receipts are light; price $1 10@1 12 @ ctl. FLAXSEED. The Oriflamme from Oregon brought 1,147 skis. Price, 3c @ lb. BUCKWHEAT. Small sales to millers at 3@3c @ lb. MUSTARD SEED. Sales of 3,000 bags Brown for Eastern account at 2%c. HOPS. We note sales for Eastern account of 200 bales from Washington Territory at 3%c. Other parcels sold at less price. COTTON. The rain of the past week has done some harm to that in the field. Thus far in the season some 30,000 lbs have been received and sold at 18c. The Granada for Panama carried en route for Liverpool 14,070 lbs Tahitian. BEANS. There is but very little demand at present. We quote: Bayos, 2@2c; Pink, 1@@2c; Red. 1@@1c; new white Pea, 3@@3c. Small sales of White Butter at 3@@4c; 200 bags White Pea sold at 3%c. HAY. We now quote sale of 50,000 lbs odds and ends at 17@20c. Earthy and Burry neglected at 12@14jc. POTATOES. The daily supplies are quite liberal; the range of the market, 87jc@$110 for various descriptions. Sweets are very scarce and firm at $125@137jc or 100 lbs, with an upward tendency. ONIONS. Are quite plentiful, the best Silver Bills selling at 70c per 100 lbs in a jubbing way. HIDES. The market is strong, with sales of 6,000 lbs Wet Salted at 9c; Dry are in active request at 19@20c for slaughter's stock, usual selections. HOSEY. The stock is light, outing as the free distillate made and meeting overland. We quote white Counts in finches at McGill; duck; eggy; Shannon; Quail p. MIRROR.
