Notice is also given that all sums levied and assessed in and by said assessment roll are due and payable immediately and that the payment of such sums, respectively, is to be made to me, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Anaheim, within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice, towit, on or before the 23rd day of December, 1921; which said date is thirty (30) days from the 23rd day of November, 1921, and all assessments not paid before the expiration of said thirty (30) days will
