I was simply fortunate in owning this land and I am offering to share my good fortune with you. $50 buys one land-owner's interest. Quick action is necessary! Today is YOURS! Why They Are Buying— One reason Long Beach people are buying Fifty-Fifty so fast is because they have seen with their own eyes the quantities of oil being produced by the Horsch Well, and they know it proves our location in the oil producing territory. There is time, NOW, for you. Don't wait. Act! What Which Speaks Loudest— Is the fact that the big producing companies are increasing their holdings on Signal Hill and spending vast sums of money for continued drilling operations. They are not spending their millions without the assurance of MORE! Are you going to share in this new wealth that has come to Long Beach? The Difference Is This— The big difference between our proposition and selling stock is that we sell you the land and you get a definite, fixed portion of the oil, with no drilling expense, no salaries, no office expense. Besides, with us, the royalty is 50 per cent instead of the usual one-sixth. How many $50 interests can you handle? The more you invest the more you win! Then It Is Safer— Because the land owner's interest is absolutely protected, the oil produced and run into the pipe line, their half of the price collected by the Western Savings Bank and remitted to each member under the Fifty-Fifty Agreement.
