AUTOMOBILE DRIVER RUNS AWAY FROM AN ACCIDENT Search for an automobile bearing a Utah license plate was started today by the sheriff's office, following a report made by F. E. Boucher, of Roseville, Calif., that the unknown car failed to stop after an accident. Boucher, who with his wife was motoring to his home in Roseville, was struck by the Willys-Knight near Capistrano, Boucher said. According to witnesses, the unknown car attempted to pass another car on the highway, and struck Boucher's auto. Both Mr. and Mrs. Boucher were painfully injured, Mrs. Boucher suffering a deep cut over her right eye, and Boucher being severely bruised and shaken. Both were cared for in Capistrano. The Maxwell was turned over and almost completely wrecked. The Willys-Knight was not damaged, according to Boucher. The driver of the unknown car, was coming south, according to Boucher, and after the accident, turned around rather than pass through Capistrano. Deputy Sheriff Fowler and Constable Will Carter, started a search for the unknown driver tails morning. In the long ago a jilted girl died of a broken heart. That was before she learned the commercial value of his letters. One reason why Uncle Sam declined to settle the indemnity dispute is because he knows a thing or two. EAT LESS MEAT IF BACK HURTS Take a glass of Salts to flush Kidneys if Bladder bothers you—Drink lots of water. Eating meat regularly eventually produces kidney trouble in some form or other, says a well-known authority, because the uric acid in meat excites the kidneys, they become overworked; get sluggish; clog up and cause all sorts of distress, particularly backache and misery in the kidney region; rheumatic twinges, severe headaches, acid stomach, constipation, torpid liver, sleeplessness, bladder and urinary irritation. The moment your back hurts or kidneys aren't acting right, or if bladder bothers you, get about four ounces of Jad Salts from any good pharmacy; take a tablespoonful in a glass of water before breakfast for a few days and your kidneys will then act fine. This famous salts is made from the acid of grapes and lemon juice, combined with lithia, and has been used for generations to flush clogged kidneys and stimulate them to normal activity; also to neutralize the acids in the urine so it no longer irritates, thus ending bladder disorders. Jad Salts cannot injure anyone; makes a delightful effervescent lithia-water drink which millions of men and women take now and then to keep the kidneys and urinary organs clean, thus avoiding serious kidney disease. —Advertisement.
