L. L. Shaw, chairman of the Orange county harbor commission, will speak on the possibilities of Orange county harbor. The society has a membership of thirty-five. It is understood it will become affiliated with National Association of Civil Engineers. Mr. and Mrs. Middleham and family, and Mrs. Nelson and daughter, Miss C. Marle, are planning a trip to San Diego over the week end. CITY AND COUNTY Three hundred dollars cash bail put up by Mrs. Retecia Thompson of Long Beach for the appearance in the justice court of C. W. Ayres, arrested about two months ago on a charge of passing a worthless check, today was declared forfeited by Justice of the Peace Cox. Mrs. Thompson stated when in the justice court on May 5 that she had known Ayres for about a year and was sure that she could locate him. Runyon at the corner of Third and Rush streets, Santa Ana, Tuesday evening, was recovered in San Bernardino today.
