Coulter, Governor of Rotary District No., on his official visit to the Anaheim club at their noon meeting at the Elks Club July. Governor Coulter, known to many friends as "Stui," has been a member of the Covina Rotary Club since 1937 and served as their president during the years of 1945-1946. Rita Gets Credit for Haymes' Court Victory HOLLYWOOD (UP) — Crooner Dick Haymes said today he never could have won his long fight against the government's attempt to deport him to his native Argentina without his wife, actress Rita Hayworth. "She gave me encouragement all the way," the singer said. "If it hadn't been for her, I would never have made it. After all, I'm human." Haymes said he felt a "tremendous relief" after being notified yesterday the government decided not to appeal a District Court ruling that he was not deportable.
