Cast for New Play Released
"Night Must Fall", which begins its run at the Tustin Playbox on July 19 provides a definite change of pace from the furious farce, "Milky Way" which ended its highly successful run Saturday night.
This blood-curdling suspence play is superbly cast, with Cathy Browne and Sherwood Price taking the leads for the first time this season. Price, the killer, and Miss Browne, as the girl who is fascinated by him, are bound to give Playbox audiences a performance to remember.
The producers have engaged Nancy Norvell of Hollywood for the role of the wheel-chair-confined benefactress. She will be remembered by the Playbox audiences for her fine performance as "Aunt Queenie" in last season's production of "Bell, Book and Candle". "I am happy to return to Orange County for her role in 'Night Must Fall', as it has long been a favorite of mine," says Miss Norvell.
Stanley Mann will be seen Cathy Brown's suitor. Marjorie Ames, a regular member of the Playbox company, will take the role of the housekeeper, a William Secrist and Kris Hage both from Hollywood, will see as the inspector and the maid.
"The Moon Is Bue", a delightful play favorite with Broadway audiences and in next Playbox production, is now being cast.
"Bertha, the Beautiful Tyler writer Girl", is the old-fashioned melodrama which is presented each Sunday night at 7 p.m. Playbox actors are also seen in the children's productions on Saturday afternoons at 2:30 p.m.
Playbox tickets are available at the Baton Music store in Arheim or at the box office at the Tustin grammar school South "C" Street.

Miss Linna has been featured on many guest shows over nation-wide networks. She was invited to sing at a formal reception at Washington D.C. and has been sought after for top entertainment spas in the nation. Her background has included star solor work with leading bands, such as Jan Garber's, Lawrence Welk, when she was dubbed "Champagne Lady." She truly earned the title, her critics constantly referring to her singing as not only "coking good music" but "music that sparkles and bubbles."
In 1952, Televiews Magazine polled their readers and came back with the answer that Roberta Linn was the "most popular personality" "Bell, Book and Candle". "I Herm ost recent success was our of Australia with Bob Hope.
