Building of Wonderland Homes Ahead Of Schedule, Model Homes Now Open Construction of 162 Luxury-styled three and four-bedroom, two-bath homes is now proceeding at full speed at Wonderland Homes, it was announced yesterday by the builders who asserted that first buyers will move in at an early date. "Work is proceeding ahead of schedule," it was announced by the sales agents, Pioneer Land Co. Also featured are forced-air heating, hood and exhaust fans over kitchen range area, garbage disposals, ceramic tile in baths, colorful drainboards in kitchens and a choice of wood shingle or colored rock roofs. Located within a quarter of a mile from "Disneyland," the new homes may be reached via the Santa Ana freeway to Euclid avenue in Anaheim, then south to Ball Road and east to Walnut street. The bank's preliminary May index jumped to 169.6, up 15.5 per cent from a year ago and compared with 167.5 for the previous month. No single factor dominated the increased activity, the bank noted.
