Seek Hit-Run Driver Who Drove Local Truck FULLERTON (OCNS)—A hit and run driver crashed into two vehicles in two separate accidents on Magnolia Ave. at 6 p.m. Tuesday, escaping on foot when his car was stopped by a passing motorist after the second collision. Dorothy R. Parker, 42, Sunset Beach, told police the suspect's car smashed into her car's left rear fender as she was coming up a full stop at Magnolia and Whitaker Aves. The other car turned south from Whitaker Ave., careening over the white line. Five minutes later, Omer Dee Johnson, 31, of 9571 Holden Rd., Anaheim, who was traveling west on Orangethorpe Ave., told police a car identified as being driven by the same person smashed into his vehicle at the Magnolia intersection. Police said the suspect's vehicle, a half-ton pickup truck, was registered to V. T. Smith, 12282 Vermont, Anaheim. They said Smith was not the driver and are still seeking the suspect. The lucky youngsters will enjoy a preview of Sleeping Beauty's Castle and the rides in the Fantasyland area of Walt Disney's new magic kingdom. They will arrive at the park in 14 buses, each of which will be under the direction of a clown leader and two chaperones. Arrival is timed for 3 p.m. for their part in the 1½ hour national TV program, which will take place during a special press premiere of Disneyland. Some of the youngsters will assemble in the Plaza, the center of the new entertainment world, until Walt Disney cuts the ribbon to Sleeping Beauty's Castle.
