Women carrie lou sutherland – editor Georgian Ehrle Feted by Job’s Daughters As She Presides at Final Meeting of Year Honored Queen, Georgian Ehrle presided for the last time Monday night, at the regular meeting of Bethel No. 5, Job’s Daughters with escort honors bestowed upon dignitaries. They were Supreme Fourth Messenger and Past Grand Guardian of the State of California Iva Owen from El Monte; Past Guardian, Ina Liles of Bethel No. 5; Past Honored Queen Sandra Johannes, Bethel No. 5; Worshipful Master of Lodge 207, Anaheim, Gil Koehler; Worthy Matron of Scepter Chapter, Orange, Velma Amabry. Inducted through the ceremonies of initiation were Phyllis Bradley and June Hutchins. A beautiful Queen’s Song was dedicated to the Honored Queen, in behalf of her successful reign. At the same time, her sister, Jerie Lee Kearle, presented her with a miniature Queen’s doll. The song was sung by Sandra Johannes, Arvella Legg, accompanist. The Senior Princess, Doris Simmons also presented Georgian with a gift from the Bethel Daughters in appreciation of her work. The dining room carried out the "farewell motiff", Aloha the theme.
