Estimate Given on Use of Sewage Water by Farmers HUNTINGTON BEACH—Rancher Elmer Farnsworth, chairman of a committee of farmers considering formation of a district to take water from the sewer lines and distribute it on parched lands they own, estimated today about 15,000 acre feet of water annually would be needed. Preliminary legal and engineering data is being compiled, partly through assistance of the Orange County Water District and the water problems department of the Orange County Farm Bureau. Some ranchers in Talbert Valley have lost use of their wells by intrusion of salt water from the ocean, seeping into the underground basin because it is depleted; the encroachment extends as much as five miles inland. Use of the flow from the sewer line would be a salvation to the farmers now without adequate supplies, Farnsworth said. The plan is to take the flow out of the lines below the sewer treatment plant, so that the water will be partly purified and relieved of solids. Cellmate Claims Mrs. Heady Told of Murder ST. LOUIS (UP) — A cellmate of Mrs. Bonnie Brown Heady said today that the admitted kidnapper of six-year-old Bobby Greenlease talked freely of the boy's murder and showed no remorse for the crime that shocked the nation. The cellmate told a United Press reporter that Mrs. Heady and her dope-using lover, Carl Austin Hall, planned to travel over the world and never work again after collecting the $600,000 ransom money. The woman, whose identity remained secret, said Mrs. Heady told her the Greenlease boy was killed by the last of three shots fired by Hall on a lonely country road near Overland Park, Kan. Hall and Mrs. Heady were returned to Kansas City to face federal kidnap charges early today. "We took the boy in the station wagon to a deserted road in Kansas," Mrs. Heady was quoted as telling her cellmate. "He had not been told he was going to die but he became very frightend and agitated."
