Mr. and Mrs. Donald Munger Pasadena spent the weekend the latter's parents, Mr. and A. B. McDavid. A deal was completed Wednesday by Mr. Otto J. Dyekman the purchase of the Geo. C. W. orange grove on Caas Loma and he plans to improve it at with a stucco residence. The property consists of eight acres of year old Valencia farm and price was announced as $80,000.
