RICH REWARD FOR SLAYERS' ARREST BOMBAY, Jan. 15.—A reward of 10,000 rupees was offered by the police today for information which would lead to the arrest of the slayers of Abdir Kadier Bawla, the wealthy young merchant who was killed while with Mumtaz Begum a beautiful Nautch girl. Another suspect was arrested today, making two Parthan tribes men now in custody. The condition of the Nautch was slashed by the assailants with the purpose of destroying her beauty, was still critical. Authorities revealed that Mumtaz was the beneficiary of an inflow from the District of Indore where she had been a consort of the Maharajah.
