Pythian Sisters Bazaar
The Pythian Sisters completed plans for the bazaar next Saturday and will have a full program to offer from one p.m., until the midnight hour, if the patrons so desire.
There will be many decorated booths, among them fancy work, presided over by Mrs. Lillian Davis, who has all manner of Christmas gifts; the cooked food booth, with good home-cooked vienna, with Mrs. Jane Kelsey in charge; the candy booth where home made candies of all kinds will be sold by Mrs. Clara Wilson and her corps of assistants; and last, but not least, a fish pond where a variety of real prizes will "grab the bait." All persons having articles to donate are asked to have them at the Knights of Pythias hall, where the bazaar is held, by 1 o'clock, sharp.
The evening will be devoted to the dance in charge of Mrs. Ella Clow and Mrs. Cleo West. Mitchell's orchestra will provide the music and a good time is assured. Music begins at 8 p.m.
Dinner will be served in the Pythian banquet hall between 5 and 7 p.m., to which the public is invited.
On Wednesday a card party will be given for Knights and Pythian Sisters, with prizes and Thanksgiving refreshments.

Section on Way to U. S.
Ebell's History section met with Mrs. P. G. Peck as usual, yesterday and discussed the economic and social conditions in Europe just before and at the time of Columbus journey to the new world.
The commercial situation and articles for trade between the west and the east at that time and the act of closing the route by the Ottoman Turks, brought up the need to establish a new route to the east, which resulted in the ultimate discovery of America.
The next meeting will take up the work of Italliana and Portuguese in preparing the way to start the expedition.
Circle's Open Meeting
Girls of the Queen Esther circle have been looking forward to tomorrow, Friday, evening for a long time, as that is the date for the open meeting.
