WHEREAS, Harry F. Dierker
and Flora May Dierker, his wife,
a Deed of Trust dated January
30, 1923, and recorded on
february 2, 1923, in Book 454,
page 209 of Deeds, in the office
of the County Recorder of Orge County, California, did
grant and convey the premises
herein and hereinafter described
to the SECURITY TRUST &
SAVINGS; BANK, as Trustee, to
secure among other things, the
payment of a promissory note
made by the said, Harry F.
Dierker and Flora May Dierker,
dated January 30, 1923, for the
sum of $351.30, payable in
monthly installments of $10.70
each, beginning March 1, 1923,
including interest at twelve percent (12%) per annum from and
after one month prior to the maurity date of the first installment,
in favor of SECURITY
HOUSING CORPORATION; and
WHEREAS, default has been
made in the payment of said
promissory note, and a breach
has been made in the obligation
for which said Deed of Trust is
a security, in this, that default
has been made under the terms
of said note and Deed of Trust
in that the monthly installment
of principal and interest in the
sum of $10.70 due and payable
November 1, 1923, and all subsequent monthly installments due.
In accordance with the provisions
of said note were not paid when
due; that the balance of the
principal sum of said note towit: the sum of $291.74 with
interest thereon from October 1.

at an ever increasing ratio, acording to J. L. Dunn, Hudson and
Esex distributor.
The past 10 days, he declared,
have shown a volume of business
well above the average for the
year. The publo's request has
been 90 per cent for the closed
models of moderate prices, be- added.
"This demand is right in line
with the Hudson-Esex manufacturing and sales policies," he said.
For three years now, Hudson and
Esex have had enclosed cars in large numbers at very near open car prices. Now the Hudson-Esex business so far as the domes-tle market is concerned is nearly all closed cars. The open cars go largely abroad, and even in certain fields the demand is now for coaches. It is a long time now since anyone has questioned the vast superiority of the enclosed

DODGE BRANCH
Word of the affiliation of Dodge Bros., Detroit automobile manufacturers, with Graham Bros., builders of the Graham Bros., truck, with large plants in Detroit and Evansville, Ind., has been sent broadcast by Dodge Broad to their dealer organization throughout the world. Although Graham Bros. will be known and operated as a division of Dodge Bros., to their dealer organization rate unit, maintaining its own organization and individual identity.
Announcement of the affiliation as made by F. J. Hayes, president and general manager of Dodge Bros., says in part:
"In 1921 Dodge Bros. became the exclusive marketing organization for-Dodge Bros.' trucks. Since that time these trucks have demonstrated that they possess the merit required of a product associated with Dodge Bros.' name."
Graham Bros. Co. has been closely identiified with Dodge Bros. and Dodge Bros.' power plant is used in all Graham Bros. trucks. These trucks are sold exclusively thru Dodge Bros.' dealers throughout the United States and in foreign countries. Graham Bros.' factories are located in Evansville and Detroit. The latter plant is used for assembling and shipping all completed trucks into eastern, northern and northwestern sections of the country. Evansville, trucks are assembled for
a security, in this, that default has been made under the terms of said note, to-wit: The sum of $291.74 with interest thereon from October 1. Trustees owing and unpaid; WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust provides that if default be made in the payment of any of the sums of principal and interest when due, the owner and holder of said note may declare the whole of the principal and interest thereon immediately due and payable and has demanded that said Trustee shall sell the premise granted by said Deed of Trust to accomplish the objects of the trust inerein expressed; and
WHEREAS, the said SECURITY HOUSING CORPORATION has declared that default has been made as aforesaid and has declared the whole of said principal sum an interest now due and payable and has demanded that said Trustee shall sell the premise granted by said Deed of Trust to accomplish the objects of the trust inerein expressed; and
WHEREAS, said SECURITY HOUSING CORPORATION being the holder of said note under said Deed of Trust, did record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, California, a notice of said breach, and of its election to raise to be sold said property to satisfy said obligation, which said notice was recorded on August 9, 1924, in Book 23, Page 279 of Miscellaneous Records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned by virtue of the authority it vested, as Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, in United States Gold Coln, on Wednesday, the tenth day of December, 1924, at the hour of eleven o'clock A.M. of said day at the South entrance of the County Court House in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, the interest conveyed to it by the aforesaid Deed of Trust in and to the real property thereon described situate in the City of Anaheim, Orange County, California, described as follows:
