DIES ON WAY WEST OGDEN, Utah, Sept. 17.—Mrs. Amanda Fisher, 74, of Azalea, Indiana, died Tuesday night at the Dee hospital, Ogden, after a few days' illness. She was taken from a Bed B. train Friday, while on route to the coast to visit her son, Bart Fisher, Mojave, Calif. The board will try to correct this injustice for the benefit of property owners in general as well as of its members. These large concerns, judging California ranches as they would farms in some states whose fruit trees add much less proportionately to the total valuation, have always refused to loan up to anything like a reasonable percentage of the real value. The plan to establish a general multiple listing system covering the jurisdictions of the six boards of the county will be furthered definitely tomorrow, it is expected, at a meeting in Santa Ana of the six committees of the boards. According to President Harry Sidnam of the local board, head of the Associated Realty Boards of Orange-co, such a plan never has been tried before. The percentages of the commissions on sales will be settled by the several committees in conference. Such percentages will be made probably somewhat similar to the ones prevailing in the local operation of the plan. Romaine C. Berger was instructed to take up with the State Real Estate Ass'n the matter of obtaining courses in real estate under the auspices of the U. of C., Southern Branch. The project of bringing such courses here has been discussed by individual members, but not by the board as such, it is said. NEW TODAY $40 WILL SWING the best plano bargain in So. The project of bringing such courses here has been discussed by individual members, but not by the board as it is said. Bird V. Beebe was instructed to take up with City Manager Price the matter of rats in the city dump. The dump is said to be alive with the rodents, and there is danger of their spreading to Anaheim, which always has been practically free of them. In this letter Rouw offered to "remove" Coffroth, stating that latter could be "put out of the way" for a stipulated sum of money. When Bassity received the letter he turned it over to the district attorney's office. Rouw, when questioned, admitted he wrote the letter and said he was desperately in need of money because his ill health prevented him from working. He was not arrested, nor was any charge made against him. The district attorney's office investigated placed him under surveillance, however, pending a conference between District Attorney Keys and federal officials. Rouw told Flitta the negro left Tia Juana shortly after the Remington murder and is now at a race track in Maryland. Investigators sought today to check Rouw's story. San Diego police were asked to furnish details of the Rosenthal murder and Rouw's account of the Remington slaying was put to the test by comparison with the established facts in the case.
