DIRECTED BY FRANK LLOYD ST NATIONAL PICTURE WHY All Anaheim Should Attend this Showing The producers and Distributors want Anaheim’s Critical People to pass Judgment on this Play. Your Opinion will be solicited. Don't Fail to See this Unusual Presentation BIG PRODUCTION AT TORRANCE Big production at Torrance now seems to be in the hands of the big operators. The Lorita district of the field where the small operators have been concentrating their operations has ceased to produce anything but small pumping wells. The extreme east and west sections of the field where the Shell company, the Standard and the Petroleum Securities company (Doheny) are drilling is yielding the field's big production. The Petroleum Securities company completed at No. 12 an 875 barrel well at 3740 feet. The well is making 25.3 gravity oil. The Shell company's Kettler wells are coming to the front with big production. Kettler No. 3 at 3577 feet started off at 900 barrels, and Kettler No. 4 completed at 3832 started off at 800 barrels. Both wells are making 20 gravity oil. The Chanslor-Canfield continues to get its share of the heavy production at Torrance with wells in both the east and west sections of the field. Torrance No. 37 a 3790 barer City well is drier way drilling, having set a string of surface pipe. Geo. F. Getty got his first oil producer of size with the completion of well No. 21. About the best luck Getty has been having is 100 barrel pumping wells. No. 21 completed at 3790 is a 600 barrel, 22 gravity producer, and flows. E. J. Mile did a little special work in the solution of a water problem in his No. 2 Torrance well and converted it from a water well into a 650 barrel producer of 21 gravity clean oil. Miley's Torrance No. 4 completed at 3502 feet started off at 600 barrels. The Sentinel Oil company is building up a nice production on its Joughin lease and continues to bring in producers that make from 800 to a 1000 barrels. Joughin No. 3 put on production at 3589 feet is an 800 barrel well, producing 22 gravity oil. The White Star Oil and Refining company's big well reinstalled to open up big production in the extreme eastern end of the Torrance field, did not come up to expectations fully. Drilled to 3819 feet.
