RETURN SAILSTAD AND GIRL TO WIS.
NAPA, Dec. 11—Arrangements were being made today for the return Thursday or Friday to Eau Claire, Wis., of Edward Sailstad and Dorothy Anderson.
Sailstad, who is legally dead in Wisconsin, faces charges of arson and grave robbery as a result of the strange hoax thru which he substituted the body of a friend in a burning building for himself and thus left the impression he was dead.
In a conference with Sailstad and Miss Anderson, who fled with Sailstad four years ago, District Attorney Robert E. Kennedy promised the pair justice would be tempered with mercy. Arson is the only charge to be pressed.
Sheriff and Mrs. William Hagreen will act as guards. Extra-dition papers will be secured in Sacramento, but this will only be a formality, as neither will contest their return.

GPH SOME PAGEANT HITS FREE STATE
DUBLIN, Dec. 11.—A gruesome pageant organized by the anti-treaty party, with the evident intention of discrediting the Free State government, in which tableaux depicting executions, shootings and other horrors were shown. has caused indignation here.
Women were largely responsible for the pageant, and the actors were mostly mere lads.
Soldiers wearing the uniforms of the Black and Tans were depleted shooting an aged prizoner, while another tableaux represented a flogging, captioned: "Abolished by England; Revived by the Free State."
The culminating horror, as in melodrama, was reserved for the end tableaux. This represented an execution, the condemned man wearing the white cap, with a priest standing by, Bible in hand.
FILM EXTRA SUES
SULLY FOR ATTACK
LOG ANGELES, Dec. 11.—A suit asking $200,000 damages was on file in superior court here today by Yvonne Darcy, 19, a film extra girl, against Granville Sullivan, 23, a brother of the first Mrs. Douglas Fairbanks, in which the young actress charges she was attacked by Sully Nov. 14 last, while at his home in Beechwood drive.
According to Miss Darcy, she accompanied Sully to his parents' home presumably to meet 'his mother, and that she was overpowered by Sully while he was showing her the house, as his mother or no one else was at home.
