WOMAN'S FOOTSTEPS LEAD FROM SLAYING SAN BERNARDINO, Oct. 16. Discovery of a woman's footprints leading from the cabin at the Arrowhead dairy, near here, where Julius Santino was found murdered, apparently with a hatchet, today caused local authorities to link the case with the recent hatchet murder of Rosario Miceiche, whose multitailed body was found near Los Angeles beside a woman's nurse and a piece of a woman's waist. The murders are said to be similar in many respects. Local police today held C. A. Barber, 20, ranch hand, recently discharged from the dairy, for questioning. Barker's wife was also killed, but later released.
