Premier Baldwin is understood to have told Premier Polnarec that it is Great Britain's belief that continued occupation of the Ruhr will injure Germany's capacity for payment. Both premiers amicably promised to take no steps. It is indicated that the British anticipate developments soon in the Ruhr reparations matter.
