ANAHEIM BUILDING CORP. FILES PAPERS The Anaheim Building Corp., capitalized at $500,000, with $200,000 subscribed, filed incorporation papers with the County Clerk today. Joe Siegel is president and principal stockholder. Negotiations now are in progress to take over the entire Mills Perk tract of 115 lots of which Siegel owns approximately one-fourth, together with the buildings upon it. These buildings include four which are finished—two four-flat courts, one duplex house and one five-room house. Three duplex houses and one bungalow now are under construction. Plans for several other houses have been drawn—a 12-flat court, five brick stores and a 40-flat court. The value of the tract itself is estimated at $300,000. The corporation will offer special advantages and inducements to prospective builders, including a deposit of only 10 per cent of the total cost with one per cent monthly payments. This applies in the case of houses up to $10,000 valuation. No homes will be built to cost less than $3500. No Mexicans or members of any race present on the white are permitted on the Restrictions apply for 50 years; dirty or forty applicants already have applied for aid under the corporation's plan, says Siegel.
