MAY SUCCUMB FROM ATTACK BY HAMMER (By International News Service) LOS ANGELES, May 16.—Declarated to have struck his co-worker with a hammer during a bitter argument, Warner Potter, 27, a carpenter, was held at the Hollywood police station today facing a probable charge of murder, while A. A. Beaton, his alleged victim was in a dying condition at the receiving hospital.
