5000 EXPECTED AT ORANGE-CO PICNIC
Five thousand persons will be entertained by the County Farm Bureau at the annual picnic May 19 in Orange-co Park, according to H. E. Wahiberg, farm advisor. The entertainment committee of the Y. M. C. A. is arranging a program of sorris, Congressman Phil D. Swing of El Centro will tell about agricultural legislation pending at Washington and President A. C. Hardison of the California Farm Bureau Federation will speak on agricultural legislation at Sagramento.
MAKE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS TODAY
Electricity connections were scheduled to be made today in the south-Anaheim tract on So. Los Angeles-st., it was announced at the office of D. W. Anderson and sons this morning. The water mains have been laid and the water plant is ready to start operations as soon as electric power is received.

Sandwiches, shrimp salad, punch and cake were served after which dancing was enjoyed until a late hour. Those present were Mesdames L. F.
