SEEKS DIVORCE ON CRUELTY CHARGES Edward Schweiser of Garden Grove already has dissipated a considerable amount of the community property of himself and wife, Nellie M. Schweiser, the latter charges in a divorce complaint filed today. Drinking to excess, with the result that he was unfit to take care of the property, reviling her, and cruelty are alleged in the complaint. The plaintiff seeks divorce and such other relief as the court may grant, a court order putting the property under the wife's control, and custody of the minor child, Gilbert, a boy of 10.
