NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
SECTION 1. That on the 24th day of September, 1822, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim passed and adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 169 to order the following described street work to be done in said city, to wit: that an 15-foot alley, running northerly and southerly through the Scenic Tract and extending from the northerly property line of West La Palma Street to the southerly property line of West La Palma Street, be closed up and abandoned, and that a 15-foot alley through Lots 1 and 2, Scenic Tract from the northerly property line of West La Palma Street to the northerly line of said Lot 2, the easterly line of said 15-foot alley being 109.16 feet parallel to the westerly line of North Lemon Street, be opened and extended.

That the land deemed necessary to be taken for the closing up of the 18-foot alley, in said scenic Tract, is situated in the City of Anaheim County of Orange, State of California, and is described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 10, Scenic Tract shown on a map recorded in Book 12, Page 196, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 10 and along the westerly line of Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, of said Scenic Tract, 167.28 feet to the northerly line of West La Palme Street; thence westerly along said northernly line of 18 feet; thence northerly parallel to the westerly line of Lot 1, 2,allel to the westerly line of Lot 10 and 10, of said Tract, 471.82 feet to the southerly property line of West La Palm Street; thence westerly along said southernly line of 18.63 feet to the place of beginning.

That on the 6th day of January, 1923, the undersigned, Superintendent of Streets of the City of Anaheim, received from the Clerk of the Board of Trustees of said city a certain assessment-roll consisting of a certified copy of the report assessment and plat accompanying the same made by the commissioners appointed by said Board of Trustees to assess benefits and damages and have general supervision of the work of laying out and opening of an 18-foot alley from the southern property line of West South Street to the northerly property line of West Broad Street, in said city, in accordance with notice No. 158 of the Board of Trustees of said city, passed, and adopted April 27, 1923, as said report, assessment and plat was finally confirmed and adopted by said Board of Trustees.
