NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY EVEN:
SECTION 1. That on the 6th day of July, 1922, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim passed and adopted its Resolution of Intention no. 403 to order the following described street work be done in said city, howit: That North Zayn Street in said city be opened and extended from the northerly line of West North Street to a point three hundred thirty-seventy-five hundredthe (330.75) feet northerly therefrom; also from the northline of West La Palma Avenue to the southerly line of North Los Angeles Street.
SECTION 2. That the land deemed necessary to be taken for said work and improvement is situated within the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and is described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 11, Bellair Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, Page 23, Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County, California; thence southerly parallel to the westerly line of North Los Angeles Street 330.75 feet to the northerly line of West North Street; hence easterly along said northerly line 18.99 feet easterly from the southwestern coast and said lot 1; thence northerly 105.64 feet-to-a-point on the northerly line of Lot 2, of said Babinger Sub., said point being 10.75 feet easterly from the northeasterly corner of said Lot 2; thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot 1, 76.32 feet to a point; thence southerly 64.83 feet to a point on the southerly line of said Lot 1, which is 7358 feet easterly from the said southwestern coast and said lot 1; thence easterly along said southerly line 54.87 feet to the point of beginning.
That said Board of Trustees did therein specify the exterior boundaries of the district of lands which said Board of Trustees therein determined and declared to be affected and benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the damages, costs and expenses thereof, as follows to-wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the northerly line of West North Street with the easterly line of North Lemon Street, and running thence northerly along easterly line of Lemon Street and its extension across La Verne Street and La Verna Avenue, to its intersection with the southerly line of North Los Angeles Street; thence southeasterly and

Zeyn Tract Annex No. 2, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, Page 24, Miscellaneous Maps and Records of Orange County, California, thence southerly along said westerly line of Alley and its extension to the northern line of West Wilhelmina Street; thence westerly along said northerly line of Wilhelmina Street and its extension to the southern line of the North and South Alley through Block "F" of said Zeyn Tract Annex No. 2; thence northerly along said gastery line of Alley and its extension to the northern line of West North Street; thence westerly along said northerly line to the point of beginning.
All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance to an act by Legislature of the State or California entitled "An act to provide for laying out, opening, extending, widening, straightening, or closing up in whole or in part, any street, square, lane, alley, court or place within municipalities, and to condemn and acquire any and all land and property necessary or convenient for that purpose," approved March 6th, 1882, and all acts amendatory thereof supplementary thereunto.
For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 162, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, in the City Hall in said City.
