"BIG TIME" SHOW AT THE CALIFORNIA
Another of those "big time" vaudeville shows is scheduled for the California theater tomorrow night only, and the acts advertised on this program are among the best ever offered here, according to the theater management.
It is not every day that Anaheim theatergoers are fortunate enough to see such remarkable act as Jimmie Savo, the noted Orpheum headliner, who tops the bill. Assisted by Miss Poan Franga, he keeps up a whirlwind of talk and stunts that cause yells of merriment among the spectators. In fact his act is billed "A Salvo of Screams."
This act comes to Anaheim directly from the Orpheum time, and should prove a big hit.
Dave Goodman and the Turner Sisters hand out a novelty that is rated among the best. They are splendid dancers with peppy songs, and their pleasing personalities plus their snap and vim make them prime favorites.
Dick Beattie and Dell are jugglers supreme. This act is dandy, it is said and should be a humdinger her. Stone and Wager, the two funsters have a zippy act that runs the gamut of fun for several minutes, with loud applause at the finish.
Albert Schubach the cowboy rope spinner is an entertaining chap, and does marvelous feats with a strand of rope. "That play "The Good Provider" although listed last is not least by any means. It is a real entertaining feature and will be hailed with delight. All in all it is a ripping good show.

JACK RETLAW WILL GIVE FAMOUS ACT
Friday and Saturday are to be red letter days for Anaheim as Jack Retlaw, so well known to theatergoers here has been provailed upon to present in person his noted vaudeville act on those days.
Before he became identified with the West Coast Theaters Inc., he was a topliner on the big vaudeville circuits of the country, and even aside from that was celebrated in other ways He is 'the originator of the famous "Your Uncle Dudley" series of Sunday funny paper cartoons which ran for over seven years in the leading dailies.
He also gained considerable fame as a war correspondent, and besides making two complete trips around the world, and reporting both the World War and the Mexican outbreaks for the newspaper syndicates.
Mr. Retlaw will be remembered as the founder of the famous "Hotel De Gink" chain of unemployed men's hotels over the country a few years ago, which gained such wide publicity. For several seasons he traveled over the larger vaudeville circuits presenting his unusual vaudeville acts.
