BERLIN, July 8.-The mark dropped 73 points to a new low of 527 to the dollar, owing to 12,000,000 in new paper currency put upon the market and fear that radicals would obtain control of the government.

NOTICE OF FILING OF COMMISSIONERS’ REPORT
In the matter of the widening of the south side of Chestnut Street, in the City of Anaheim, State of California.
Notice is hereby given that,
WHEREAS, in pursuance to a resolution entitled „In the matter of the widening of the south side of Chestnut Street, in the City of Anaheim, State of California„ resolution order was passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on the 25th day of July, 1921, J. J. Schneider, Jas. E. Stewart, and W. E. Duckworth were appointed commissioners to assess the benefits and damages of newly proposed work or improvement referred to in said resolution, to-wit: that the south side of Chestnut Street, in said City, from the west property line of South Los Angeles Street to the easterly property line of South Lemon Street be widened to a uniform width of 34.75 feet southerly from and parallel to the center line of said Chestnut Street, until the completion of new proposed work or provement in compliance with the law and the statutes in such cases made and provided, and
WHEREAS, said commissioners have made their assessment of benefits and damages and have made a written report thereof to the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim and have attached to said report a plat of the same and that said commissioners have done all things by law required to be done and all matters reported and plan contain all matters required therein to be done in the manner, form and substance as required by law:
NOW THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that said report and plat were filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim on the 22nd day of June, 1922. Pursuant to the statute made and provided by the Township General Meritt City Clerk of the said City of Anaheim does hereby give notice of the said filing of said report and plat and notice is hereby given that all persons interested may be and they are hereby required to show cause, if any, before the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on or before Monday, the 30th day of July, 1922, up to the hour of five o'clock of said last named day, why said report should not be confirmed and said last named day is the day fixed by the Clerk for that purpose.
