Hello Folks: A few days ago some one left a puppy at our place of business. Now we do not need any dogs, especially a pup. I attempted to give this one away before the little Sprouts was wise but in vain. Now the Lady Sprout is worse than the Little Sprouts. I not only have to put up for more cats but I have to put up with the dingbusted pup's foolishness. I returned home late last evening. Just got off to sleep when that pup treed a bear or something. I yip yiped and I tried to sleep. I talked nice and I talked otherwise but that blamed pup never let up. This morning I am all sleepy and tired out. Now the pup isn't to blame for his short comings, it's just like some people, just born that away, but the Nut that wished that pup on me better leave me alone. I have raised my share of dogs and besides I have two Little Sprouts to keep up in stockings and that's enough without having pups around to tear the stockings up faster than I can buy them. Keep your dogs. SARGUM SPROUT. YOUNG WOMAN VERY ILL Friends of Miss Elizabeth Mang will regret to hear of her serious illness following a critical operation in Anaheim sanitarium yesterday. She is reported as resting this morning.
