Superior Judge R. Y. Williams, after hearing the suit of Reich to quiet title to the property in himself, granted the decree sought, thus nullifying the "death bed" transaction. Minnie Hebinger, sister of Reich and guardian of the two nephews, Lloyd and Raymond Reich, was co-defendant with her wards in the action.
