DEFEATS SISTER IN DEATH PACT CASE
Herman Reich, who charged that while he believed himself to be dying and was not in possession of his full facilities, he was induced to sign what he thought was a will boquering property at Newport Heights to his two nephews, only to recover and find that instead he had signed a deed, had today succeeded in remedying the situation.
Superior Judge R. Y. Williams, after hearing the suit of Reich to quiet title to the property in himself, granted the decree sought, thus nullifying the "death bed" transaction.
Minnie Hebinger, sister of Reich and guardian of the two nephews, Lloyd and Raymond Reich, was co-defendant with her wards in the action. It was she, Reich charged, who offered him the papers to sign while he was ill.
