BUICK 'WIND-STORM' PREDICTED FOR SAT.
Buick cannot fly above ground yet, but wait; Saturday you may see how near to it they can come.
J. Marvin O'Neill representing the Pacific Coast distributors of the Buick motor cars, has re-constructed a Buick 6, so that a ride in it gives all the sensations of an airplane trip, yet with the additional safety of Your wheels touching the earth.
The motor of a stock Buick has been raised above the frame and turned with the radator to the rear, attached to the end of the crank shaft is a regulation airplane propeller, caged in to insure safety to the spectators; the propeller is the sole motive power, as clutch, drive shaft, and rear axels have been removed. The body is carefully built to resemble the fuselage of an airplane, but the well known features of the Buick valve in the head motor can not be disguised.
