The meeting will be held in the junior high school auditorium at 7:30 o'clock. It was predicted today that between 400 and 600 of the stockholders would be present. Stockholders are being requested to proxy their stock to F. W. Foster, C. C. Closson and C. W. Yonge, in order that it may be definitely known how many shares of stock may be available for voting against the management if a called meeting of the stockholders is secured. It will require the signatures of the owners of more than 50 pct. of the stock to secure such a meeting. The company is capitalized for $300,000, shares being of par value of 10c, making an issue of 3,000,-000. It was stated at the Friday night meeting that the alleged "family circle" controlled about 400,000 shares with possibility of this number being increased by the proxies of the shareholders favorable to the management.
