Ditch committee reported regarding the waste line thru the property of R. M. Moore, W. Vogele and W. W. Oil committee reported that on June 10th they met with representatives of the Amalgamated Oil Co. and the Hurley-Smith Oil Co., regarding gas on the Amalgamated lease and reported that the Hurley-Smith and the Amalgamated Co. had agreed to cut out the Anaheim Union Water Co. gas from the expander and run same direct, after squeezing, into the dry line back to the Anaheim Union Water Co. lease and agreed to put a check valve in this main dry line back to the expander, so that none of the gas from the Anaheim Union lease could be used on the Huale lease. The Amalgamated Oil Co. agreed to test all wells when oil and gas was going thru the gas traps and when running direct into the tanks. Upon motion by Hust, seconded by Miller, the report was accepted and committee given power to act regarding gravity tests of gas and oil when going thru the gas traps and when running direct into the tank, they to work this out according to the verbal agreement which they had with the Oil Co. on June 10th.
