Society: Clubs: Lodges: Churches MUCH INTEREST IN WEDDING As the wedding of Miss Angelica Arabella Jones and Mr. Chauncey Algordon Soakyler, which will take place at the White Temple, May 27, approaches, interest in the social event is at fever heat. Miss Jones told a Plain Dealer reporter today that she has always procured her fine gowns and other wearing apparel direct from Paris or New York, but she has found that the very latest things in dresses could be obtained right here in Anaheim, and that her wedding gown, which she says is just a dream of beauty was obtained from one of this city's best lady customers. She wishes to announce also that Madam Celestine Inge Batolire, a well known lyric soprano, who has sung before some of the most critical audiences in the east, and who is an especial friend of hers, has consented to sing at the wedding. Rt. Rev. George Imba Scelle, a particular friend and former pastor of the Jones family in New York City will perform the wedding ceremony. Owing to the illness of Miss Jones' social secretary there has been an unavoidable delay in getting out the wedding invitations, but it is learned that they will be given out at the session of the Ladies' Fidelis and the men's Bible classes of the White Temple next Sunday morning at 9:30. Miss Jones wishes especially to urge that all members of the classes and all those who would like to become members, be there without fail, to receive his or her invitation.
