LA RUE, Cypress THREE HANGED FOR MURDER IN CHICAGO CHICAGO, April 15.—Sam Carde-nella, gang leader, who planned but never personally executed scores of crimes, according to the police, and Sam Fererra and Joseph Costanzo, "stick-up" men, who committed murder during the robbery of a bakery were hanged in the county jail shortly after 10 o'clock this morning. The three men went to their death at the same time and from the same scaffold. It was the first instance in the history of Cook County of three men being hanged at the same time. Cardinella and Ferrera spent most of the night nervously pacing their cells or sitting sullen and downcast. Ferrera once broke out into a plaintive Italian lullaby and both he and Cardinalla burst into tears. Cardinella's wife and six children visited him in the jail last night. One of them is a babe in arms. The condemned man kissed them all many times and held the babe close in his arms for a long time. NAVAL SPEEDER REMITS FINE. S. Suzman, of Org U., S.
