Now's the Time to Buy An Orange Grove
The man who is holding off, just waiting for them to "come down," is surely in for a disappointment. You should see two groves that we just listened. They're going to be worth more money six months from now, than they're worth today, and the owner is going to get "real" money for the crop in the meantime.
There is not a business in better shape today, than that of the Valencia orange grower.
If you want to make money, and want to really "live" while doing it, buy a good Valencia grove at a reasonable price, now.

EXPECT FINE TROUT SEASON
Arriving at Big Bear in a snow-storm Monday of last week, Wendell Heil, O. J. Backus and Norman and Harold Greenwald, all of Santa Ana, found Bear Valley decorated with snow. They returned Friday via the desert. They say that the desert route roads were never in a better shape. Oldtimers in the valley told them that prospects for trout fishing when the season opens May 1 was never better. The lake is wonderfully clear.
