Says Councilmen Are Regarded as "Foggies" Rollin A. Marsden threw a bonjibshell into the mids, of fellow trustees last night when he declared the board was regarded by the citizens of Fullerton as a bunch of "old foggies" who are holding back all advancement, especially installation of the ornamental lighting system, and he declared the councilmen should disperse this illusion from the minds of the people by "getting busy." His statements reacted like an electric shock upon the members who squirmed under the scathing "old foggy" charge, and the result was that the next meeting of the trustees Tuesday night will be devoted to setting before the property owners who have been invited to be present, the plans for the installation of the ornamental light system, the different systems and different prices, and obtain an expression from them as to what system they desire. A lighting expert from Los Angeles will be present and explain in detail the different systems which might prove suitable for Fullerton. A. W.
