Roy Shepley, of Los Angeles, was a guest Sunday evening in the home of his cousin, Mrs. M. E. Bever, 204 So. Ohio-st. Mr. Shepley was on his way to San Diego.
Mr. and Mrs. N. M. Durkee and Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Fergus and family motored to Long Beach on Sunday, where they spent the day as guests in the H. A. Vandrum home.
Mrs. Helen Perry returned this morning to her home in Santa Monica after a visit of several days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. I. Carver, on North-st, and with other relatives and friends.
Mrs. C. Mitchell and Miss Katie Kern, of Valley City, N.D., who have been guests in the Frank Duff home on East Center-st, left Monday for Long Beach, where they will spend a few days.
Mrs. Adeline Troxel, who for the last four weeks has been a patient in the Fisher hall and discussed club house building plans, which will be reported at the next meeting of the legion the Tuesday in February.

Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Adams and small son motored to La Crescentia Sunday, taking with them Mrs. Adams' fatherer, Dr. Paschall. From there they went to Riverside and Mrs. Annie Adams, mother of Mr. Adams, returned with them.
Thru a typographical error, an advertisement for Irvin's Garage was attributed to "Irving's Garage." There is no "Irving's Garage" but there is an "Irvin's Garage" and has been for a number of years, at 217 N. Los Angeles-st.
Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Grafton, 207 S. Kroeger-st, left last week for San Jacinto, where they will remain until about the middle of February. Mrs. Grafton has been in ill health for some time and it is hoped that the change will be of benefit to her.
Mr. and Mrs. W.E.Duckworth and sons John and Guy, and Mr. and Mrs.Joe McCandless, of Kansas City, Kanso who are spending the winter with Anaheim relatives and friends, were in San Gabriel Sunday, where they attended the Mission play.

Mr.O.C Christensen underwent a second operation Friday morning at the Fullerton hospital where he has been a patient for about six weeks.His getting along as well as can be expected.
