Mr. and Mrs. Ben Yorks and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Loep were visitors at Long Beach recently.
Mr. and Mrs. John Slater of Beverly Hills were the recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Quarton.
Miss Jane Stanley, formerly teacher in the local high school, was an Anaheim Visitor today.
Miss Lanna West spent the New Year's holiday with friends in Los Angeles and Pasadena.
Samuel Walker has returned from Flagstaff, Az., where he spent the holidays with relatives.

Mrs. Joseph Forner, of Hermosa, is spending a few weeks in Anaheim, where she is a guest in the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. W. Anderson, 1226 Burton-st.
Miss Ruby Pickett, who has been spending the past three weeks at her home here, has returned to Los Angeles, where she is a student at the Egan dramatic school.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Prudence and two sons, Arthur and Thomas, of Huntington Beach, will be Sunday guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Cleary, 1812 W. Center-st.
Mrs. Alice Howard, of Dodge City, Miami, is a guest in the home of her cousin H.. Beebe 128 Stuockle-ave. Mrs. Howard expects to make her future home in California.
Edmund Bradley, F. J., returned the last of the week to Santa Barbara after spending a part of the holiday season with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Bradley, 805 S. Citro-ave.

Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Clark and son, Albert Edgar Jr., Mr. and Mrs L. Goble motored to Pasadena Saturday, viewing the parade and visiting with their relatives, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Spake.
Mr. and Mrs. Newman Sanford, who have been visiting in the east had the pleasure of a week's visit with Mr. and Mrs. Clark Chamberlain, of Chicago. Mrs. Chamberlain will be remembered as Miss Katherine Enearl.
Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Barmes and daughter, Miss Alma, and Mrs. Barmes' mother, Mrs. A. L. Cochrane, were guests early in the week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Liggett, who were host and hostess at an enjoyable house party.
R. Shering, of Los Angeles, was in Anaheim this morning in company with a friend. Both were guests in the Wm. Goddes home, 559 S. Olive-st. They were looking up suitable ranch locations in the district surrounding Anaheim.
Mrs. Ella Bulla, of South Bend, Ind., and sister, Mrs. J. A. Nicholson, of Tarrill Iowa, who are spending the winter at 212 Resh-st, Anaheim, spent Christmas at Catalina island. During the holiday week they also visited at San Diego and Pasadena.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hanecock and daughter, Marjorie, of Salem, Wash., who have been guests at the E. H Adams home on S. Claudina-st, have returned from a trip to San Diego and The Juand. They were accompanied by Mr. Adams and his mother, Mrs. Annie Adams.
Mrs. The Sullivan, of Bakerfield, is a guest this week in the home of her grandmother, Mrs. T. W. Dean, near Anaheim, and in this city in the home of her aunt, Mrs. Frank Goodrich, 414 W Broadway. Mrs. Sullivan will be remembered by Anaheim friends as Miss Essie Montgomery.
