RICHFIELD, April 18.—Special—A moonlight party and clam bake was given at Huntington Beach Monday night for Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Vanstrum and daughter, Dorothy of Minneapolis, who have been spending the winter at the Virginia Hotel, Long Beach. Mr. Vanstrum is a prosperous merchant of Minneapolis and formerly owned a ranch in the Yorba Linda Tract and lived at Richfield. He is contemplating in the near future to come to this section again to make it their home. He has invested in a 10-acre ranch near Richfield and within the oil district that has already been opened up, also bought a 10-acre ranch near Anaheim.
