ANAHEIM—More than 7,000 youngsters in Halloween costumes will take over the heart of the city today at 10 a.m.
It will be the annual Kiddie Parade led by "Winnie the Pooh." Marching behind Winnie will be students from the city's 22 public schools and three parochial schools

All will have a holiday from classes.
The line of march will begin at Lincoln Ave. and Emily St., proceed west on Lincoln to Anaheim Blvd., move north on Anaheim Blvd. to Adele St. and west on Adele to Pearson Park, the disbanding area.
Included in the long procession will be 15 junior high school bands and many floats.
Breakfast Planned
The parade is one of the city's 46th annual Halloween Festival highlights.
Festivities will get under way at 7 a.m. with a Haooloween breakfast in Pearson Park. Costumes

An adult costume ball is scheduled at 9 p.m. Saturday in the Elks Club.
The Pumpkin Bowl game tonight will find Anaheim High School playing Marina High in La Palma Stadium.

Grand Marshal comedian Buddy Hackett will lead the parade, which will include 25 bands, 28 floats and 24 equestrians.

A dance for Anaheim junior and senior high school students will climax the celebration, under the theme of "Halloween in Toyland," Saturday, 10 p.m. to midnight, in La Palma Stadium.
Business firms will compete for decoration awards. The City Hall also is in the competition. However, its situation is slightly different this year.
Fire Chief Ed Stringer ruled decorations with paper and cardboard in the basement and upper floor of the 46-year-old City Hall constituted a fire hazard.
