DEBS WILL TOUR U.S. FOR SOCIALIST PARTY CHICAGO, Dec. 30.—Eugene V. Debs will make a national tour under ample of the Socialist party; it was announced here late yesterday at national Socialist headquarters. WASHINGTON, Dec. 30—The granting of a pardon to Eugene V. Debs, whose sentence for obstructing the draft was commuted Christmas day by President Harding, will depend largely on the Socialist leader's future conduct; it was learned that no consideration has been yet given by Attorney General Daugerty to a pardon.
